not the one YOU were thinking of...

here is my dilemma...I want to get this for PC. but i want ALL of the DLC. big surf island, the cops and robbers pack, the toy cars, the bikes, EVERYTHING.

how can I do it? steam and origins dont have the full DLC. the online store doesnt work anymore either.. I want this on my PC, i have it for 360 already.

EDIT: dont really care if legal or not legal. I just want one tht works (also, i have windows 10....)

Whats wrong with getting everything on the 360? I have everything on my ps3 from some deal they had years ago, it was fun.

Well there are mods.....

But it’s kinda sketchy, I’d advise at least doing some research to make sure those are safe and how to install them.

Big surf wasn’t on PC. but I found a way to unlock the DLC since the “store” decided to close, the cars are so fun, and I love messing about with a “trainer”to screw up crashes.

I got a tool that tricks the game into unlocking it.

soooo... it’s a hack. Works in MP just fine.
